Commercial and integration checklist

• A scoped setup fee may be due before work begins. Once work begins it is non-refundable, except when AgentsHive cannot deliver the agreed core scope or applicable law requires otherwise.
• No monthly subscription is charged before activation. After setup, the client has three business days to report in-scope defects during acceptance review.
• Change requests and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. Cancelling during setup stops future work but does not refund completed or committed setup effort.
• You provide and authorise required integration accounts or OAuth access. ChatGPT or Claude consumer subscriptions do not include production API usage.
• Provider charges—including model APIs, messaging, CRM, email, storage or other third-party usage—are disclosed in the proposal and may be billed separately.
• Failed recurring payment triggers notice and a three-day grace period; access may then be paused, but data is not automatically deleted.
